Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time - Frankenmuth Skilled Nursing

When you join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll be part of a team of nurses, CNAs, and administrative professionals who are committed to supporting our staff in their work of serving seniors and their families at the Frankenmuth Skilled Nursing & Rehab Campus.
In this position, you must be currently licensed by the State of Michigan Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse and successful completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
Two years of nursing experience with current home health, medical, surgical, or critical care experience preferred.
Here is some of what you'll be responsible for:
Provide quality nursing care to residents in an environment which promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and their individuality Keep Nursing Directors up to date on resident's status and other related material Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the resident, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors Perform all job responsibilities in accordance with prescribed safety and infection control procedures including thorough hand washing, use of disposable gloves where indicated, and proper disposal of soiled materials Respond to inquiries relating to his/her particular area or to requests from residents, visitors, other personnel, etc.
